At Sarah Wells Bags, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If your bag isn't the perfect fit for your pumping journey, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is scanned to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
